After working as a doula and nanny for a long time, I gained a lot of experience with both children and parents. It was always so gratifying to know that parents trusted me in such unique moments. Like the birth of their first baby or during the most important phase of a human being... childhood.

 

When I got pregnant in 2018, I believed that with all this experience, I was going to nail motherhood. But what I did not know is that maternity brings a lot more fears and insecurities. When my baby started having problems sleeping, all those nights awake and the stress of not knowing what to do aggravated those insecurities.

My baby and I were both exhausted! Since then, I have started to develop an ever-growing interest in sleep science, becoming a Certified Sleep Consultant.

​

Sleep deprivation can impact both parents and children, making parenting more challenging and affecting family dynamics. I felt that!

That's why my mission is to support you, the parents, in creating a nurturing sleep routine that benefits the whole family. By implementing effective techniques, we can improve your child's sleep patterns and ensure everyone gets the rest they deserve.

My Philosophy

My focus is on the emotional and physical well-being of the children and family. I do not believe in cry-it-out methods. I'm going to give you scientific based information and strategies based on your family dynamics and the personality and age of your child. Together, we'll create a personalized sleep plan that will promote a healthy sleep for everyone. 

 

I take a holistic approach in my analysis, by looking at the physical, emotional, social, and environmental factors that altogether have an effect on you child's sleep. 

During the process, you'll learn a lot about the foundation of sleep, and other gentle strategies to create new habits when necessary. This will prepare you to not only rock this sleep challenge - but also new challenges you may face in the future.
